    Good afternoon, Mott Hall Families,

We are excited to connect with you during this year’s first Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, November 13th. Students will attend school until 11:00 a.m. and will receive their Marking Period #1 Report Cards that day. Our afternoon PTC sessions will take place from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., and evening sessions will occur from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. All conferences will be virtual (via Zoom), and the link for each teacher’s Zoom meeting is included below.

Below, you will find the links to each teacher’s PTC Sign-up Form, their Zoom links, and their email addresses. Please schedule ten-minute meetings with any teachers you’d like to speak with, prioritizing them based on your student’s needs and current performance in class. The conferences are not mandatory, but we highly encourage all our families to speak with at least one teacher if possible.

To make these conferences a success, we ask that you do two things:

Please arrive at the Zoom meeting link three minutes before your scheduled time. You will be placed in a Waiting Room, and the teacher will let you in as soon as the conference before yours has ended. We will not be able to accommodate late attendees. If you are unable to attend your conference, please email the teacher in advance and schedule an appointment at a later date.
Please join the Zoom meeting with your child (using your child’s DOE Zoom account) so that we can recognize their name in the waiting room. This will allow us to begin meetings on time.
Translation services will be available. We will be using the Home language to determine which families may need translation

We look forward to (virtually) seeing you soon!

    --

No podremos atender a quienes lleguen tarde.

    ¡Esperamos verlos pronto (virtualmente)!
